Refund Policy

Online Orders

For items purchased through our website, we accept returns in accordance with UK consumer law. However, please note that custom and personalised embroidery work are final sale items and cannot be returned due to their customised nature. Similarly, kits, materials, and individual pieces are not eligible for return.

In-Person Orders

All purchases made during in-person appointments are final sale. We do not offer returns or refunds for items purchased in person.

Damaged Materials

If you receive damaged materials, you must report the damage within 14 days of receipt. An unboxing video must be provided as evidence of the damage. We will arrange an exchange for damaged materials, but please note that refunds are not available. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs to send the damaged product back to us.

All orders require a minimum of 7 working days processing time before dispatch. Fast delivery options may be available depending on item availability, so please get in touch if you have specific timing requirements.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the prices quoted by Royal Mail and will be displayed during checkout. These costs are payable by the customer at the time of purchase.

Tracking and Insurance Options

When selecting your shipping method, you have the choice to opt for tracked services offered by Royal Mail. These tracked services provide coverage up to certain value limits, which vary depending on the specific service selected. The decision to choose tracked or untracked shipping is entirely yours.

Delivery Addresses

We deliver to any customer address you specify, including residential addresses, business addresses, and PO boxes. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering.

Responsibility for Items in Transit

The responsibility for items lost or damaged during transit depends on your choice of shipping service. If you select tracked services from Royal Mail, you will have coverage up to the value limits specified for that service. If you choose untracked shipping, you bear the risk of loss or damage during transit. We strongly recommend selecting tracked services for valuable items.
