What's your Payment Process for Custom Orders?

We Require 50% Payment upon Finalisation of the Order and 50% upon Delivery. We Accept Online or Card Payments Only, No Cash.

Can I Return or Exchange Custom Embroidered Pieces?

Custom and Personalised Embroidery Work are Final Sale with No Returns or Exchanges. Only Damaged Materials can be Exchanged (Not Refunded) within 14 Days with Unboxing Video Proof.

Who Owns The Rights to Custom Designs?

All Custom Designs Created by Nayam Remain Our Intellectual Property Unless Otherwise Agreed in Writing. You Receive A Personal-Use Licence for the Finished Product.

How do I Place an Order?

Orders can be Placed Through Our Website or during in-Person Appointments only. We don’t Accept Walk-ins, so please Book an Appointment.

What Happens if I Need to Cancel My Custom Order?

No Refunds are Available After Order Finalisation. We Recommend being Certain About Your Requirements Before Confirming Your Order.
