How to Place Orders
You can place orders through our website or by booking an in-person appointment. All orders are subject to our acceptance, and we reserve the right to decline any order.
Products and Services
We offer custom embroidery services embroidery materials, kits, and pre-made pieces.
Pricing and Payment
For custom orders, we require 50% payment upon order finalisation and the remaining 50% upon delivery. Online orders require full payment at the time of purchase. We accept online and card payments only – no cash payments are accepted.

At Nayam, we aim to deliver high-quality work with care and attention to detail. Our typical turnaround times vary depending on the type and complexity of the work:
The estimates begin once all project details and payment are confirmed. Please note that shipping time is additional and depends on your selected delivery method. For bulk or seasonal orders, lead times may be longer, and we will always communicate this upfront. If you are working to a specific deadline or event date, please let us know as early as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.
Intellectual Property and Copyright
All custom designs created by Nayam Design Studio remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are granted a personal-use licence to enjoy the finished product. If you provide any artwork or content for your design, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it.
Full copyright ownership or exclusive rights may be available for an additional fee. Please enquire before placing your order if this is required.
Cancellations
For custom orders, cancellations may be accepted before order finalisation with a full refund. However, once an order is finalised, no refunds are available due to the bespoke nature of our work.

If you have any concerns or complaints about our products or services, please contact us by email and we will work to resolve the matter promptly.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
